Following a degree in Mathematics Joan spent 5 years with a major international firm of actuaries and employee benefits consultants and several years with businesses in the pensions industry.

Joan has extensive experience in Credit Management and Credit Control and regularly advises businesses on these matters.

Ms Yeadon has delivered seminars and workshops for the University Of East London business school and other organisations on business planning and management subjects.
