During the project, we provided regular reports to the DTI and a final project report, plus handling all the claims. In addition, we helped organise the public launch of the product, attended by the Mayor of Haringey and around 70 guests from the trade including several journalists.

In 2001 we were asked to search for a freehold factory to manufacture the Phoenix Air Rifle. Once again we applied for a grant, this time a Regional Enterprise Grant from the Small Business Service (SBS) via the Government Office for London. We were awarded over £30,000 on a project that took over 2 years and had a budget of almost half a million pounds. We again submitted regular reports and a final report plus organising an independent audit of the project.

We also negotiated an £80,000 loan from a bank to purchase equipment. As well as preparing business plans and grant applications, we have helped both Pax and Phoenix with employment matters and contributed to their marketing strategy.
