What Will I Pay ?

We mainly charge related to the value we add so you see us as an investment that has helped you improve your profitability - this is particularly true for consultancy and coaching sevices where we offer an initial free 30 minute phone consultation to explore how we can add value to your entrepreneurship.

For other assignments fees are based on the time, expertise and complexity involved.

Fixed price deals  - eg: company formations for £100.

Business Plans start from £1,000 for a very straightforward one year plan, most cost around £3,000.

Business counselling, information and advice is charged from £50 an hour for telephone conferencing and £70 an hour for face to face meetings, depending on the experience and expertise of the adviser involved.

New clients are asked to pay in advance. If you wish us to visit you,  travel time at £10 an hour is charged on all visits over half an hour from our office. Minimum meeting time for out of office visits is two hours. Fees for work on a retained basis are by negotiation.

For Start Up Micro Business, 0-5 employees  - Standard Plan

Estimates Agreement and Payments

You will always be told what our services will cost you in advance and how the fee is made up. You will be provided with a written agreement which we will both sign, before work starts. You will have to pay 50% of the fee on the signing of the agreement and the balance when the work has been done to your satisfaction. If, at any stage you request additional work, a written estimate will be provided. If, for any reason, the agreement needs to be revised you will be informed in advance, in writing.

SBS Ltd Guarantee

You pay a fair price, you should get a proper service. We guarantee that if you fail to get what we promise you in our agreement we will either redo the work and put it right or refund any money you have paid relating to the agreement, up to £1,000. All you need to do is put your request in writing, telling us where we have not met our promise and if true we will redo the work or send an appropriate refund in 7 days.
