How it works

A business advisor will work intensively with you (on a group and one-to-one basis) in a series of sessions to assist you in developing your business idea and produce a business plan. As you go along they will help to identify all the activities that you need to do and any training requirements for your business. You will spend up to 3 sessions of 2-3 hours each with your business advisor, on a one to one basis. Further help and advice sessions are available to deal with subsequent issues such as assistance with raising finance and additional market research.

The programme will assist you to:

  • Produce a business plan
  • Identify activities and produce a personal development plan
  • Develop or start your business in the best possible environment
